Classification and characteristics of patch capacitors:

High Q value C0G series MLCC belongs to microwave ceramic multilayer ceramic dielectric capacitor;

Characteristics:

The use of paraelectrics microwave dielectric materials, a linear temperature coefficient is the thermal stability;

It has very high stability, and its capacitance is almost independent of time, AC and DC signals.

Has extremely low dielectric loss, namely extremely high Q value, extremely low ESRs.

Suitable for RF microwave circuits requiring Hi-Q, ultra low ESR.

NPO COG capacitors are temperature compensated capacitors. Their filling medium is composed of rubidium, samarium and some other rare oxides. Its capacity is stable and hardly varies with temperature, voltage and time. It is especially suitable for high frequency electronic circuits.

Characteristics:

1. has the highest capacitance stability. The temperature characteristics are: 0 + 30ppm/ C (COG) and 0 + 60ppm/ C (COH) in the range of -55℃~ 125℃ .

2. Stacked monolithite structure with high reliability.

3. excellent weldability and weldability, suitable for reflow furnace and wave soldering.

4 . Apply to various high frequency circuits , such as oscillation , timing circuit , etc .

5. The capacity and dielectric loss of NPO capacitors vary with the frequency, and the frequency characteristics of the large package size are better than that of the small package size.

X7RX 5R capacitors are called ceramic capacitors of temperature stability type. They are mainly used in industrial applications with low requirements. Moreover, when the voltage changes, its capacity change is acceptable. Its main characteristic is that the capacitance can be larger at the same volume.

Characteristics:

1. with high capacitance stability, temperature characteristics at -55℃~ 125℃ working temperature range ± 15 % .

2. Stacked monolithite structure with high reliability.

3. excellent weldability and weldability, suitable for reflow furnace and wave soldering.

4. It is used in the circuit of straight, coupling, bypass, frequency discriminating and so on.

5. The capacity of X7R capacitor is different under different voltage and frequency conditions, and it also changes with time, about 1% Δ C every 10 years, which shows that the capacity of X7R capacitor changes about 5% in 10 years.

Y5V capacitor belongs to the capacitor of common application material, and has certain temperature limit.

Characteristics:

1. It has poor capacitance stability. In the range of -25 ℃ ~ 85 ℃, the temperature characteristic is 30% -80. Its capacity is greatly influenced by temperature, voltage and time.

2. Stacked monolithite structure with high reliability.

3. excellent weldability and weldability, suitable for reflow furnace and wave soldering.

4. Applied to decoupling and isolating circuits with little temperature change.
